H. J. Res. 5:
111th Congress
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=hj111-5
This is a joint resolutions (H.J.Res. or S.J.Res.) in the U.S. Congress. Joint resolutions serve two purposes. First, they are used exactly as bills to enact law, generally for limited matters. Used this way, they must be passed by both the House and Senate and must be signed by the President before becoming law. Joint resolutions are also used to propose amendments to the Constitution. Used this way, they must be passed by both the House and Senate and be ratified by three-quarters of the states, but do not require the signature of the President, to become a part of the Constitution.
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.
Not much to say here...just that the American Crown is trying to establish their rule for a long time.

California here THEY come!
Legal Requirements to Keep State Parks Open for All
Posted: June 30th, 2009
...
Closing State Park facilities that have received assistance from the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) State Grant Program could jeopardize future reimbursements and funding under this program. Similarly, closures affecting properties conveyed to the State under the Federal Lands to Parks Program (FLP) could result in reversion of the property to federal ownership for re-disposal.
Hey, California listen up!
Even if the federal government doesn't bail out California's state budget...they still want your public lands. In short, the federal government will take state owned park lands because many of California State Parks have taken money from the federal government...the federal government will call on that debt. Once this is done...California WILL lose those parks f-o-r-e-v-e-r.
We have a federal government out of control...they are taking control of the states (against the Constitution).
